Cristian Moro
Cristian Moro was born in the sunny Italian-speaking area of Switzerland known as the ‘sun terrace’. After leaving school, he completed a business management apprenticeship in Lugano (1998-1991). In 1993, he started his training at the SHL, the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne, graduating in 2002. Finally, he studied more on ‘adult education’, completing a Masters in ‘adult education and educational management’ at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland in Olten (graduated in 2013).
Born in Ticino, he first had significant contact with social etiquette in 1997. As the VIP contact at the Hotel Hilton Zurich Airport he received in-depth training in the areas of ‘presentation skills and behaviour’ so as to be able to look after the demanding guests with in a professional and genuine manner.
This intensive involvement with behaviour, social etiquette and communication sparked a pronounced curiosity and drive in him. Since then, these themes have been his entire focus. Cristian Moro teaches on these themes with passion and his seminars/workshops are designed to be active and practical.
He has been a trainer / instructor and consultant both nationally and internationally since 2002, delivering training in Germany, Swiss German, French, English and Italian.
