I offer day seminars during the week and at weekends in German, Swiss German, French, English and Italian.

The preferred number of participants is 16. For consultations (exclusively in manners and good conduct) I prefer one-to-one discussions so that each client’s individual character can be taken into account.

I am happy to come to your house or company. If you prefer, I can organise facilities conducive to learning where we can meet.

My seminars are very active and practical as I am of the firm opinion that anything learnt must be put into practice straight away.

You can design your seminar with different elements and components:

For example, ‘dine with style’: table manners, handling modern media, friendliness and its required ingredients, customer expectations and our behaviour towards them, pre-dinner drinks and small talk, etc, etc.

Documents can be adapted to your company’s image or created with my own logo on them.
